KVKK Disclosure

This Disclosure Notice has been prepared by Visit Hair Clinic, acting as data controller, in order to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

1. Data Controller

Your personal data may be processed by Visit Hair Clinic as data controller within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact data: full name, phone, email, country.
• Health data (special category): photographs and information about your hair condition shared as part of the consultation. This data is processed only with your explicit consent.
• Transaction and technical data: cookie data relating to website use, IP address.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Assessing and responding to consultation and quotation requests,
• Planning and carrying out healthcare services,
• Conducting communication activities,
• Fulfilling legal obligations,
• Measuring and improving service quality.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK: your explicit consent, the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and legitimate interest. Your special-category health data is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with partner medical staff, service providers and legally authorized public institutions, to the extent required by the service and in compliance with the applicable legislation.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
• request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the law,
• object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

To exercise the rights above, you may send your requests to visithairclinic@gmail.com. Your application will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
